Diamond Brokers
Diamond Brokers use a client's diamond criteria (6cs) and find diamonds in the market which best meet the client criteria test. Diamond Brokers go to the same diamond markets that retail stores and wholesalers access. The client then views the diamond candidates with the Diamond Broker. The Diamond Broker has no ownership interest in the diamonds; therefor, the broker gives clear and unbiased perspective. The client views the diamond candidates in different light settings. The client purchases the diamond with the best visual performance. The Diamond Broker charges a fee, in most instances, based upon the dealer cost of the diamond. For example, Chicago Diamond and Jewelry Exchange "chidexx" charges 7% over dealer cost minimum $350. Diamond Brokers provide market efficiencies and pricing transparency.
